Queensland Manager, Property Development – Devine Limited

For 20 years Terry was the Regional Manager of the Brisbane City Council
Central Development Approval Team which was responsible for the assessment
of all development applications within the Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley, New
Farm, Teneriffe, Newstead, Bowen Hills, Spring Hill and Petrie Terrace. Terry was
also a key contributor to the CBD Master Plan and the new Neighbourhood Plan
for the Brisbane CBD.

At Devine, Terry oversees a variety of large projects including residential, office
and mixed use developments with total end values in excess of $2 billion.

Terry has assessed and approved over 50 major high-rise buildings within the
Brisbane CBD. These buildings represent almost all of the of the impressive
modern Brisbane skyline.
