John has been involved in the marketing and sales of Brisbane apartment
projects since 1991. In the past 18 years, John has had direct involvement
in over 50 residential projects, including some of Brisbane’s most prestigious
developments.

These include high rise CBD developments such as Vision, Empire Square,
Admiralty Towers and Quays, and near city prestige developments such as
Castlebar Cove, Norman Reach and Teneriffe Wharves.

While at Devine Limited, John has overseen the design concept, apartment
designs, marketing strategy and development, and sales program for Hamilton
Harbour, currently Australia’s most successful off-the-plan development.
